Today, on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we stand together to raise our voices and row against the injustices that women face worldwide. At RAEX, we believe that sport is a powerful tool for change, and through it, we are working to create spaces where respect, inclusion, and equity are the foundation of every interaction, both on and off the water.

Violence against women comes in many forms, and it’s not just an issue for one day—it’s a cause we must actively fight for every single day. In rowing, as in all sports, every athlete deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported, regardless of their gender. We are committed to fostering an environment where women can thrive, not just as competitors, but as leaders, coaches, and passionate members of the rowing community.

🌊 Rowing Against Violence
By rowing together, we aim to break down the barriers of violence, discrimination, and inequality. This day is a reminder of the importance of creating safe spaces for women in sports and promoting equal opportunities for all. When we support each other, we make the world a fairer place, both on the water and beyond.

Join us in taking a stand. Let’s keep paddling forward for a world where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. 💬

Together, we can make a difference. 🌟
